- What's a credit?
- One credit is one research brief — always, even when a prospect is thin and our agentic deep-research pass fires extra targeted searches plus a second synthesis pass.
- How does the free plan work?
- Sign up and you have 10 full briefs a month, forever — deep research included, no credit card, no trial clock, nothing to cancel. They reset on the 1st. If we resolve the wrong person, stopping the run while we're still confirming their identity costs nothing — once we start writing the brief, it uses the credit, and the run screen tells you when that line is crossed.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Research pauses until your credits reset — on the 1st for free accounts, on your monthly billing date for paid plans — or you upgrade. Bonus credits — referral rewards and one-time credit packs — never expire: they carry over month to month and are spent only after your monthly credits run out. Nothing is cancelled and nothing is charged: your saved briefs and settings stay exactly as they are, within your plan's history window.
- How long are my briefs kept?
- Your plan's history window: 30 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, kept forever on Pro and Scale. Pinned briefs are exempt on every plan — pin one and it stays. You can export everything as JSON at any time, or delete a brief yourself the moment you want it gone.
- Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
- Yes. Billing is a standard monthly Stripe subscription. Switch tiers in the billing portal and the new plan applies immediately; cancel and you keep access through the period you've paid for.
- Is there a team or enterprise plan?
- Yes — a shared credit pool for the whole team with unlimited seats, so you still pay for briefs, not seats. Admins can set a monthly credit limit per member, see per-member usage, and share research history across the team. - Is there an API?
- Yes, on every plan including free. POST a LinkedIn URL, poll for the finished brief — same pipeline, same receipts. An API brief costs one credit from the same monthly pool, so there's no separate API bill to reason about. The full reference, including limits, is at /docs/api.
- Where does the data come from?
- The open web only: public posts, articles, podcasts, and profiles, every claim linked to its source. We don't buy private data or scrape behind logins.
